Confectionery

Adriana F.

Adriana is 25 years old, married and has no children yet. Her husband is an administrator in a company and helps her in the evenings with the finances and administration in the business. Adriana studied systems engineering and already worked in IT during her studies. After graduating, she worked in her profession, which she really enjoyed. But she also loved making good baked goods and realized that there was a demand for them, especially because she also made healthy products suitable for allergy sufferers, such as gluten-free products.

Project description

So she got up at four o'clock in the morning every day, baked her orders and then went to work at her job. She saved and invested everything she earned from the bakery in her business, so that she was finally able to devote herself entirely to her bakery after two years of double employment.

At first, Adriana wanted to bake everything and also introduce a cheap line and open her own coffee shop. At BPN, she realized that she needed to focus and create two different brands for her normal products and for the healthy line. She has already put these insights into practice and has been able to generate significantly more sales as a result. Adriana wants to continue to grow and sell her products in upmarket stores, restaurants and coffee shops. She would also like to have her own sales outlet one day when she has to move out of her home into her own premises due to increasing production volumes. In the first BPN seminar, Adriana picked up many other inputs that she is already implementing successfully.
