Project description

Enkhbayar focuses on vehicle lighting in his own company. He repairs and maintains various lighting systems and also installs them. He concentrates on halogen, xenon and LED lighting technology. Halogen headlights are inexpensive, easy to replace and provide bright light. Xenon headlights provide white light, a greater range and better lateral illumination. LED headlights are long-lasting and have a higher light output than conventional lights. Well-functioning and correctly adjusted vehicle lighting offers safety and greater comfort. Enkhbayar's customers appreciate the high-quality and reliable work carried out, the advice and the good appearance of the lights. Due to delays in the supply chain, Enkhbayar has started to produce some of its own light lenses - the only company in Mongolia to do so.

Enkhbayar sells its services and products through its own workshop and sales outlets. In addition, he works with partners who sell car parts and accessories. In the future, Enkhbayar would like to expand his market area in Mongolia and position himself as one of the leading companies in the vehicle lighting sector. Enkhbayar knows his industry. He seems motivated to develop his company further and is willing to learn new things. Enkhbayar regularly attends BPN seminars and takes advantage of coaching.
