frozen pastries

Elmira M.

Elmira brings a versatile combination of linguistic skills, project management, and sales experience to the table. Together with her husband, a trained chef with many years of experience in top kitchens, she developed a new business idea after running her own café: producing frozen croissants for commercial customers. With this concept, they specifically target hotels, cafés, gas stations, and catering companies that do not have their own bakeries but do not want to compromise on quality.

The founding of their young company was marked by the search for reliable raw materials and the establishment of efficient production processes. Using their own recipes, flash freezing at -40 degrees Celsius, and a shelf life of up to four months, they have created a product that is versatile and meets high standards. The growing range includes various sizes and varieties, which are continuously being expanded.

Project description

The vision is ambitious: a modern production facility, their own logistics with refrigerated vehicles, a warehouse with additional frozen storage capacity, and the establishment of a nationally recognized brand for frozen croissants. With clear roles within the company—Elmira in sales and marketing, her husband in production and quality assurance—they are creating structure and trust among customers and employees. Certifications such as Halal are being specifically sought in order to open up new markets. As part of their collaboration with BPN, they want to deepen their strategic planning, optimize financial processes, and align their company for sustainable growth.
