Bakery

Adilet A.

Adilet can look back on a solid career in finance. After graduating from a financial college and completing further studies, he gained extensive experience as an accountant in various industries. This commercial expertise formed the foundation for his move into self-employment. In 2019, he took over a small bakery in Bishkek and developed it further with great commitment and entrepreneurial flair.

Today, Adilet runs a bakery in the Kok-Zhar district that specializes in traditional Kyrgyz bread. The main product, the handmade "Kalama" bread, impresses with its natural recipe without chemical additives and minimal use of yeast. With the motto "Heritage - the taste of tradition in every piece", the bakery stands for authentic enjoyment and artisan quality. The products are sold directly to local retailers, which creates a close relationship with customers and underlines the regional character.

Project description

Thanks to increasing demand, the company has been able to establish itself on the market. The planned expansion to include flatbread (lepjoschka) and the construction of a modern production facility are intended to increase capacity and enable two-shift production. Adilet is also planning to create new jobs and attaches great importance to a supportive corporate culture with training courses and a mentoring system.

To ensure sustainable growth, Adilet wants to further develop his business management skills. Participation in the BPN programme offers him a valuable opportunity to do this, particularly with regard to process optimization, financial management and strategic leadership.
