After completing her medical studies, Asema trained in various medical fields and has deepened her expertise in the field of gynecology in recent years. Together with her husband Agybai, she founded her own gynecology practice in 2022 in the heart of Bishkek, in the immediate vicinity of the state women's hospital. Initially housed in rented rooms, the center now has its own premises with 4 treatment rooms. Asema is responsible for medical matters, Agybai for management. The team consists of 3 gynecologists, 2 nurses, a technician and other consulting physicians.
The center offers a comprehensive range of gynaecological services. Particularly noteworthy is the human and individual care of each patient. Satisfaction is the top priority; dissatisfied customers get their money back, although this rarely happens. All the doctors at the center are women, which creates a particularly trusting atmosphere. Prices are in the middle segment, with discounts offered for patients from disadvantaged population groups.
Asema's aim is to open an inpatient clinic in order to expand its range of services and be able to perform more complex procedures and operations. The biggest challenges include competition from state and large private clinics and the need to raise the clinic's profile. Nevertheless, the growing market for specialized women's clinics offers great opportunities.
With BPN's support, Asema and Agybai want to improve their management skills and build a solid accounting system. We are pleased to support this dedicated doctor on her way to becoming a successful entrepreneur.
