Project description

He initially worked in a 90 m² room before expanding his team and moving into a 120 m² workshop. He specializes in the manufacture of carports and offers various welding services. Last year, Tilek built an office with a dining room for his employees on the workshop premises and is currently building an additional room for painting long metal frames. Tilek attaches great importance to quality-tested materials, offers a 5-year guarantee on its work and enables its customers to 3D model their future products.

Tilek's future plans include buying modern equipment with the help of a loan from BPN and purchasing his own building to set up a larger workshop for the manufacture of awnings, gates, window grilles, railings and canopies. He also wants to introduce a free delivery and installation service. He mainly gains new customers through recommendations from existing customers and marketing activities on Instagram, as well as through banners and targeted advertising. As he lacks knowledge of human resources and business management, Tilek is looking for support from the BPN Foundation. As he does not have an accountant, he takes care of the bookkeeping for his income and expenses himself.
