Urologist Mirzohid is a specialist doctor who trained in ultrasound diagnostics while working as a laboratory manager. In 2018, he started working as a urologist and ultrasound technician in a private clinic owned by BPN entrepreneur Asel I. and attended several BPN seminars at the same time. During this time, he came up with the idea of opening his own medical center and starting his own business as a private entrepreneur. Mirzohid explains: "Over the years, I have attended many training seminars, but the BPN seminars were really helpful. After these seminars, I developed an entrepreneurial mindset and decided to open my own medical center."
Mirzohid used his savings to buy a low-cost portable ultrasound machine and opened his own ultrasound practice in Osh in 2020. In the next 4 years, with the help of a loan from BPN and his own savings, he plans to buy more equipment such as a stationary ultrasound machine, computer, laboratory equipment, etc. and open a clinic with a mini-laboratory. He wants to offer ultrasound diagnostics and treatment of urological and gynecological diseases and employ a therapist and a physiotherapist. Mirzohid's private clinic is centrally located in a small rented room with scope for expansion. Opposite is a large public polyclinic, where there is competition but also interns who complete work placements at Mirzohid.
Mirzohid already enjoys a large patient base and a good reputation. He also works at weekends if necessary and can respond quickly to urgent cases. His weakness is his risk aversion. Mirzohid has already attended several BPN seminars as a guest and is now looking forward to participating in the program as an entrepreneur.
