Project description

Janar wants to specialize her company in certain exclusive cheeses and produces well-known cheeses such as mozzarella, Belper Knolle, camembert and goatfeta cheese. She keeps 4 dairy cows of the Swiss brown cow breed and 2 goats on her farm.Janar's customers include middle-class private individuals, restaurants and 2 small cheese stores. Her products are of high quality andgood taste - BPNemployees have already been able to see this for themselves on site.

Janar is environmentally conscious and wants to establish a good reputation on the market as an organic farm. She wants to build her team of employees primarily with people from her village. The cheese dairy and the farm are well equipped in terms of infrastructure and are therefore well equipped for her future plans. Janar has already attended a few BPN seminars and would like to take advantage of further BPN services in the near future and acquire knowledge in the areas of "employee management" and "time management".
