Café

Jyldyz S.

The young, dynamic Jyldyz followed in her parents' footsteps and took over their catering business. The café is known far and wide for its karakul soup. This soup is enjoyed cold and comes from her parents' region of origin. Jyldyz has added a delivery and pick-up service to the café's offering in order to attract new customers. She is also planning to expand the range with new dishes and drinks. Jyldyz is also a talented interior decorator and has upgraded the design of the existing premises.

Project description

It plans to expand the currently very limited space with a spacious extension, thereby creating the basis for further growth and the hiring of additional staff. There is already a small outdoor area with traditional dining areas. She would also like to upgrade this by enlarging it and make it possible to enjoy food in an authentic ambience. She has also set herself the goal of opening two additional branches in the next three years. She is planning one branch in the city center and another on the southern outskirts of the city. By implementing her successful gastronomy concept at two additional, strategically well-located sites, she would be able to develop her current business into a larger company. She is also planning further important development steps in the area of marketing with the creation of a new logo, a website and an ordering app.

In the four BPN basic seminars (the first of which she has already attended), Jyldyz wants to acquire the basic business knowledge necessary for her ambitious plans and is very interested in individual coaching from BPN.
