Project description

Valentin has been running his business for eight years and has built up a positive image. Customers appreciate his tasty dishes just as much as his honesty and punctuality. Valentin sends customers a weekly menu plan in advance, and customers then send their orders to Valentin using online messangers.

Despite the general pandemic-related inflation of 15-20% in Kyrgyzstan, Valentin only increased his prices by around 10% and did not change the weight of the food portions. This approach helped him to keep his regular customers. Unfortunately, it also resulted in a smaller net profit. Valentin received an offer to sell his food in a chain of four large supermarkets. This would mean doubling his current production volume. To realize this, he needs larger and more comfortable production facilities and four more employees.

Valentin's long-term vision is to buy a suitable production space from his own profits and set it up professionally. BPN will support him in the development of his business through individual coaching. Valentin would also like to attend BPN seminars and receive further training in the areas of finance and marketing.
