Emir studied law and was able to take over the management of a restaurant as a career changer. Two years later, he was offered the opportunity to rent a vacant restaurant, which he reopened after renovations.

Emir was enthusiastic when he attended the BPN seminars. As he is responsible for his first restaurant and has ambitious plans, he wants to deepen his knowledge of business management.

Project description

Operating turnover is subject to strong seasonal fluctuations. Emir's Wirtshaus has around 200 seats. Together with his team, he offers shashlik, steaks, trout dishes and beer. The businessman does his own grocery shopping. After our "Social Media Marketing Seminar", Emir hired an employee for online advertising.

His customers are in their thirties or older. They are mostly families who want to sample tasty meat and fish specialties in a discreet and comfortable atmosphere. Emir also employs two chefs and his pub won the gold medal at the 2019 shashlik competition in Bishkek.

Emir intends to significantly expand its product range over the next four years and make it even more attractive. He is thinking about take-away coffee, breakfast and innovative lunch menus. In addition to his established menu, he also wants to offer pizza and sushi. His premises are also suitable for holding conferences and seminars. However, the latter will require further self-financed renovation.
