In order to always have access to the latest varieties and seedlings, Nikoloz has gradually built up a network of contacts with producers in Turkey, Spain and the USA in recent years. To date, he has mainly sold his products via premium agro markets, achieving sales prices that are many times higher than the market value of standard mass-produced goods. His solvent customers come from Tbilisi and Batumi. Nikoloz is now gradually building up his own brand in order to increase awareness of his company and gain further market share. He is also thinking about opening a sales outlet and wants to gradually replace less profitable varieties with new seedlings. Further development steps planned in the business plan developed together with BPN include drip irrigation systems, hail protection nets, the construction of a cold storage facility and a greenhouse for growing new seedlings. The company currently employs 8 full-time staff and 15 seasonal employees.
