Denis has more than ten years of experience in the transportation and logistics sector and founded the company in 2018 together with a business partner. His industry expertise shapes both the company’s offerings and its ability to meet customer needs. At the same time, he has demonstrated in recent years that he can flexibly adapt and further develop his business model to new market conditions.

Today, Denis personally oversees most of the day-to-day operations, customer relations, and strategic direction, with support from several part-time employees. By participating in the BPN program, he hopes to take the next step in his company’s development. He places particular importance on networking with other entrepreneurs, gaining practical knowledge, and receiving targeted coaching to further develop organizational structures and set the company on a sustainable path for growth.

Project description

What began as a courier service has gradually evolved since 2018 into a versatile mobility and travel service. Today, the company offers airport transfers, car rentals, meet-and-greet services, as well as assistance with accommodations, travel planning, and logistics throughout Uganda. The service is geared toward travelers moving between Entebbe Airport, Kampala, and other destinations throughout the country who value reliable and hassle-free transportation arrangements.

From the very beginning, the development of the service was strongly influenced by the market. After launching as a courier service, a ride-sharing platform was established in 2019 to connect drivers with available seats and passengers heading to the same destination. As a result of the pandemic, the focus shifted in early 2021 to airport transfers and complementary travel services. Thus, what began as a pure transportation service gradually evolved into a comprehensive service centered on mobility and travel.
