Jane is a determined entrepreneur with extensive experience in the paint industry. Before founding her company, she spent six years gaining valuable hands-on experience in a heavily male-dominated industry, including roles as a production supervisor and manager. During that time, she focused intensively on process improvement, increasing efficiency, and quality control.

With her professional background in finance and accounting, Jane also brings important business management skills to the table. This combination of technical expertise, management experience, and financial acumen laid the foundation for her move into self-employment. In August 2021, she founded her own company with the goal of offering high-quality color solutions and establishing herself as a professional service provider in the construction and real estate industries.

Project description

Today, the company specializes in the manufacture, supply, and application of paints and wall coatings. Its clients include architects, civil engineers, construction companies, real estate developers, and private and commercial property owners. The company offers its customers comprehensive, one-stop solutions—from paint selection and surface preparation to professional application and after-sales support.

Currently, the focus is on decorative and architectural paints. In the future, however, Jane plans to gradually expand its product line to include specialized coatings, such as those for wood, floors, roofs, metal, medical applications, vehicles, industrial surfaces, waterproofing, energy efficiency, and fire protection.

A key goal is to further develop the existing service model and offer fully integrated project solutions. With BPN’s support, Jane can strengthen its corporate structures, plan its growth strategically, and sustainably expand its position as a provider of high-quality color solutions.
