Isabelle R.

At the age of just 30, Isabelle has already made a remarkable entrepreneurial journey. She entered the fashion industry in 2019 by selling second-hand women's suits - a bold move that quickly showed initial success. Although the COVID-19 pandemic forced her to take a break, she resumed her business with renewed energy in 2021. A year later, the hiring of two tailors marked the decisive shift from pure retail to in-house production.

Project description

Today, Isabelle's company stands for stylish women's suits that are specially tailored to the needs of young professionals. High-quality fabrics from abroad and a growing team of now 9 employees guarantee quality, elegance and functionality. The brand particularly appeals to professional and entrepreneurial women who value a confident, versatile wardrobe.

Despite the growth, day-to-day business remains challenging. Financial resources, management structures and the continuous development of employees are key issues. Isabelle joined the BPN program to tackle these in a targeted manner. The aim is to expand her skills in management and finance, develop a clear strategic direction and strengthen her team in the long term. Her long-term vision is to build a leading women's fashion brand in Rwanda - with its own showroom and a clear ambition to inspire and empower women through fashion.
