Project description

The company offers both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure clothing for men and women - from elegant evening wear and casual leisurewear to tailor-made corporate uniforms. Special emphasis is placed on individual advice, precision and on-time delivery. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Falonne showed entrepreneurial resilience by flexibly switching to face mask production and thus ensuring the continued existence of her business.

With the aim of establishing itself as a leading tailoring center in Rwanda, it plans to expand its offering to include a rental service for traditional clothing and bridal wear as well as the production of sustainable accessories from upcycled fabrics. Current challenges include the recruitment of qualified specialists, the organization of seasonal order peaks and the development of efficient business processes. Thanks to her high quality standards and a loyal customer base, she is able to continuously develop her company. The BPN program supports her with strategic planning and valuable network resources.
