Day care center

At 36, Nadege is not only a mother of 3 children, but also a successful entrepreneur. She originally worked in digital banking, but her desire to spend more time with her family grew stronger. While contemplating her next career move, she consulted with other working mothers who were facing similar challenges. The idea of creating a child-friendly environment was met with great interest. Together with experts, Nadege developed an international curriculum for early childhood development based on French educational principles. As further preparation, she deepened her knowledge in courses on parenting, child development and daycare management.

In 2020, when the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, Nadege didn't let anything discourage her. Despite all the challenges, she founded her own daycare center. During the lockdown, she introduced remote educational care via digital platforms such as WhatsApp. This innovative approach not only enabled her to keep her facility running, but also to build a close relationship with parents.
