Faced with high unemployment among her friends and relatives and prompted by theRwandangovernment 's callforRwandansto create jobs themselves, Denysedecided to invest her small savings and start her own business. She teamed up with her sister, who is a designer and tailor, and invested in the mass production of clothing. Since then, Denysehas learned some basics in this field and now runs her own clothing manufacturing company.

Project description

So far, Denyse's customers have mainly been companies and schools. She has already won 5 schools as customers, for which she and her team have produceda total of around 12,000 school uniforms. The unique design is well received and appreciated by schools and parents alike. In addition to producing uniforms , Denyse also works with companies and hotels to produce office uniforms , for example. She is currently venturing into general ready-to-wear clothing and has already producedher first children's dresses, sportswear and jackets .

She constantly challenges the status quo and firmly believes in her vision ofbuilding alarge factory and contributing to the development of the "Made in Rwanda" trend . Denyse expects BPN to equip her with the necessary business knowledge and the right tools to run her business professionally in the long term. Denyse is always on the lookout for opportunities that can create jobs for those around her. She has ideas, self-commitment and the will to contribute to the economic growth of the community. With the right support and guidance, she can develop her business professionally and stay focused.
