Project description

In 2014, he founded a printing company that caters exclusively to corporate clients. The company provides graphic design and printing services to international non-governmental organizations operating in Rwanda and international conference organizers. He started with a single printing press and reinvested the company's profits in new, more modern machines to meet the quality standards of his clients. Robert has built up good relationships with major clients. He recently secured a four-year contract to print erasable notebooks for children in rural areas of developing countries in Africa.

Robert is aware of the future impact of technology on the print business and is investing in building the capacity of his graphic design team to stay on track. In addition, he understands that customer service and on-time delivery are very important in this business and he emphasizes this by training his staff. Robert is very committed to growing his business. He understands the printing industry but needs to improve his business management skills to continue to grow.
