Sustainable construction company

Martin S.

With a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a master's degree in project management, Martin began his career in urban planning in the city of Kigali. While checking building permits, he gained a deep insight into the real estate market. So he decided to venture into entrepreneurship together with a partner and started his own construction and cleaning company, without focus and business knowledge. The adventure went wrong and Martin parted ways with his business partner.

Project description

Since his childhood, Martin dreamed of a more social, clean and sustainable world. When he started his new company, he decided to focus more and more on "sustainable" construction. He tried to advise his new clients in a way that gave them a better idea of how to design buildings, but also how to use "greener" building materials. His clients began to embrace this. This is how Martin's current sustainable construction company was born.

Today, Martin works with a network of trusted professionals such as architects and civil engineers. His credo is to deliver on time and on budget. His clients are middle- and high-income households and business owners. Martin struggles with the financial management of his business as he still mixes private and company money. He is now looking forward to help with the organization of his business!
