Online platform internship positions

Jean Claude M.

Jean Claude has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and had difficulty finding an internship after graduating. He realized that other young people were also struggling with this problem. After thorough research at various companies, Jean Claude discovered that most of the companies had had bad experiences with placing interns. Most of the interns they took on were not competent enough and were therefore more of a burden than a relief for the companies.

As a technology enthusiast, Jean Claude decided to harness the power of modern technology to provide Rwandan youth with decent employment while helping companies hire the best young talent. So he founded his own company, which brings together graduates of technical and vocational training courses with companies looking for qualified and talented employees in this field.

Project description

Jean Clode developed an online platform that allows companies to receive applications from different young people, assess their skills and connect them with the companies that can host them. Before placing interns, the company's reputation is checked and the interns are evaluated every month to ensure satisfaction on both sides.

Jean Claude's vision is that his online platform will be available to young people and companies throughout East Africa by 2025. In the BPN program, Jean Claude is particularly interested in the topics of "business management", "human resource management" and "marketing".
