Architecture and construction

Damascene K.

The father of the family, Damascene has a degree in civil engineering. When Damascene was still employed, he produced impressive architectural drawings. Clients and colleagues encouraged him to start his own business to help more people build houses. Damascene created these architectural designs without being involved in building projects at the time. He realized that working for others did not allow him to reach his full potential and meet the needs of clients in the way he felt was necessary. He therefore decided to set up his own company in 2016.

Project description

From this point on, people began to ask him not only to draw, but also to build. He sat down with his first customer and developed the project. This client told others and recommended him to other clients, who gave him more building projects. When he started out, Damascene worked to earn money. Now he wants to build houses that are recognizable as the work of his company. Damascene doesn't just want to be a builder, he wants to build houses that are sold at affordable prices.

When Damascene came to BPN, he created a business plan for the first time in his life. The BPN coaching helped him to understand his business history, know the current situation of his business and define the future with actionable goals. He wants to learn how to grow his business and hopes BPN will guide him on his growth journey. His vision is to build a sustainable business that transcends itself by focusing on collective impact in the community rather than personal gain. Damascene's work is still at the lower end of the BPN standard. His commitment and willingness to learn have led us to integrate him and support the further growth of his company.
