Nadia is an open, dynamic and committed woman who has been running a travel agency for several years. The family business has been in existence for over 25 years. It was founded by Nadia's mother, who used to work as a stewardess for a national airline. During her school vacations, Nadia supported her mother in the business and acquired a lot of knowledge back then. The 44-year-old soon joined the business and took over the management in 2005, during which time Nadia continued her education. She also worked for some time in a US travel agency, where she learned various practices. With this agency, Nadia was able to improve services such as the sale of airline tickets, hotel reservations, transfers, visas, insurance, etc.
Today, in times of Corona, she also realized that she lacked the basic business management skills to further develop the travel agency. She therefore decided to join our BPN program.
