Natural stone plant

Emmanuel G.

Emmanuel lived in Uganda for some time, where he traded in cars. When he returned to Rwanda, he noticed that many roads were being built and the real estate sector was growing at the same time. However, there was a lack of both quality and quantity of natural building materials. He therefore decided to set up a company whose main task was to produce stones, gravel and sand that met the standards required by customers and the public authorities.

Emmanuel already has a lot of experience in his field of business and plans to expand his company. He is following the growth of the real estate sector and knows the environmental market well. The 44-year-old has great entrepreneurial potential. To help Emmanuel achieve his goals, he decided to join our BPN program and improve his business management skills.

Project description

The entrepreneur owns two plots of land where he quarries and processes stones. The advantage of his business is that the quarries are centrally located and close to Kigali. His customers are individuals or construction companies.

Emmanuel's vision for the next four years is to build a professional quarry and a concrete mixing plant. He wants to be able to quarry and supply sustainable and high-quality products. We are convinced of its potential and are excited to see how it develops.
