Marie Florence U.

39-year-old Marie Florence grew up with a passion for serving others. It was therefore only natural for her to complete a bachelor's degree in tourism and hospitality management. Her passion ultimately led her to open her own business - a boutique hotel. This enables her to meet the needs of national and international guests.

Project description

Marie Florence initially started by running a B&B motel with a restaurant, tea lounge, pool, spa and fitness room. She also rented out offices and meeting rooms there. This enabled her to build up a broad customer base of tourists, family visitors from the diaspora, sports tourists, consultants, investors and business people who were looking for a quiet place with a beautiful view to develop into a boutique hotel.

Marie Florence wants her boutique hotel to be one of the best in Rwanda. She strives to provide top service at all times and the well-being of her customers is very important to her. She goes out of her way to provide outstanding services and experiences to new and returning guests by exceeding their expectations in a unique environment. She integrates "Made in Rwanda" products and local handicrafts into her business. She wants to inspire a passion for service in young employees, paying attention to many details. She wants to constantly improve the service for her guests.

Marie Florence has a passion for the hospitality industry and is both motivated and ready to grow her business. We believe that with her entrepreneurial spirit she will successfully create more jobs.
