Knitwear

Marie Christelle N.

Christelle started crocheting and knitting as a child, imitating her mother. When she lost her mother, she continued to do so to keep her memory alive. After high school, she and her best friend Noeline founded a company that produces custom knitwear. They both share a passion for crocheting and knitting and the loss of their own mother. Christelle and Noeline have the vision that their company will grow sustainably and become more competitive. Christelle is therefore continuing her business management training with us and has joined the BPN program.

Project description

The two women focus their products on the young and modern middle class generation aged between 25 and 45. Christelle and Noeline are very happy when they see that their customers appreciate their tailor-made clothing with exclusive details.

The young entrepreneurs want to use their knitted products to communicate the special nature of Rwandan culture to the outside world. They are striving to become a well-known brand in East Africa. We have every confidence that the company will achieve this. Christelle is very motivated and has a good charisma. The 29-year-old is eager to learn, which makes us confident that she will understand and apply the business principles learned in the BPN program. She also has strong technical skills, which gives her the potential to become a successful entrepreneur.
