Project description

Planté grew up in poor circumstances. His mother worked hard and a lot to make ends meet. She was an employed seamstress and came home exhausted every evening. Planté therefore decided to study in order to lift his mother out of poverty. And the young man was lucky. Thanks to a scholarship, he was able to complete his studies at Southern New Hampshire University in the USA. Planté also worked as a volunteer at the artisan market, where he saw great potential in the field of fashion.

His feeling intensified when he made a bag for his mother and received extremely positive feedback. Taking advantage of this boost, he set up his own business, which mainly produces fashionable bags and shoes. Planté and his team make products that reflect African culture with all its vibrant designs, colors and patterns. He mainly caters to the target group who love African craftsmanship.
