Odette is 36 years old, married and the mother of two children. After completing her bachelor's degree in business administration, she worked in various non-governmental organizations as an administrative assistant and procurement officer. During this time, she took part in various agricultural projects. In this work, she noticed that farmers had to struggle to find high quality and local seeds and fertilizers.

Project description

In 2016, she decided to found a company that helps farmers obtain fertilizers and seeds locally. She researches the effect of various fertilizers and cultivates and propagates seeds at the same time. She works together with the Ministry of Agriculture so that she can receive subsidies for her products. Thanks to this cooperation, it is able to sell the seeds and fertilizers to farmers at low prices.

At present, its business is largely dependent on the state. It is working hard to get out of this dependency. To do this, she must continue to build up her customer base. Odette's vision is for her company to be successful in the long term and to create new jobs.
