What began as a small daycare center caring for just two children grew into a thriving educational institution within a few years. Thanks to the high quality of care, the emotional security provided to the children, and a spacious facility with a garden, the program quickly gained the trust of parents. Positive word of mouth led to a steady increase in the number of children, making it necessary to hire additional staff.

As the company grew, so did its business challenges. In particular, there was a lack of a clear overview of the company’s finances and a precise definition of the target customer segment. For this reason, the founders sought support from BPN. The goal is to professionalize the company’s operational structures and strategically shape its future growth.

Plans include opening another school in a neighboring town, expanding therapeutic services for young children, and introducing English classes. In addition, workshops will be offered in the afternoons and during school breaks. Long-term plans also include professional development for teachers and further investments in infrastructure.
