Yolanda and Byron have built up a successfully growing transportation company with entrepreneurial courage and a clear eye for opportunities. Yolanda first studied law, later marketing, and gained professional experience as a sales coordinator in a telecommunications company. Byron worked in sales for a trading company for over 20 years. Originally, he wanted to start his own business with a microbus for school transportation. But when his employer at the time outsourced the logistics, Byron recognized the potential in goods transport - a pragmatic decision that laid the foundation for their company.
In 2018, they used the year-end bonus to make the down payment for their first delivery van and hire a driver. Yolanda joined the company fully in 2022, took over the administration and helped with the strategic direction. With further investments in small trucks, the fleet grew to 7 vehicles.
The next step led them to BPN - a turning point in their development. With professional guidance, they not only gained structure, but also financial overview and strategic clarity. Today, they are working on acquiring new customers to reduce their dependence on 2 main customers and plan to hire their own mechanics and deliver across borders. Thanks to BPN's support and their tireless efforts, Yolanda and Byron are well on their way to further professionalizing and sustainably growing their business.
