Sergio can look back on a career as a lawyer spanning over two decades. After graduating in 2001, he initially gained experience in a bank before moving to a renowned law firm, where he worked his way up to partner. With the desire to implement his own vision, he finally founded his own company - specializing in providing legal advice to foreign investors on the purchase of real estate as well as supporting corporate clients in their day-to-day business.

Thanks to his expertise, integrity and bilingual approach, he quickly built up an excellent reputation. The law firm grew steadily, opening offices in Managua and San Juan del Sur and further expanding its presence in 2024 with a new branch in Tola - an up-and-coming vacation resort on the Pacific coast. The recommendations of satisfied foreign clients in particular contributed significantly to its success.
