Jocelyn C.

With a solid background in business administration and professional experience in marketing, Jocelyne took over the administrative and communication tasks in the family business that her husband Jorge had built up in 2012. Jorge, who originally worked as a computer engineer, discovered his passion for photography during a period of professional reorientation - and quickly made it his profession. With technical sensitivity and an eye for the emotional, he continued to develop and built up a professional photo studio together with Jocelyne.

Project description

In an environment of economic and political challenges, they both showed entrepreneurial courage: they adapted their business model flexibly and shifted their focus away from weddings to new areas such as graduation and maternity photography. The latter is their specialty today. Their recipe for success lies in the combination of high photographic quality and an empathetic approach to their customers. Jorge in particular succeeds in creating a relaxed atmosphere in family shoots - a decisive difference to competitors with standardized offers.

As the company grew, so did the need for structured organization. In BPN, they found a partner who could provide them with practical support - be it in terms of financial overview, process optimization or dealing with the growing team. In the future, they want to expand their range, integrate high-quality picture frames and a showroom, open new studios in other regions and offer photography courses.
