Johanna studied industrial engineering and worked for 12 years in various companies in the field of safety and accident prevention. As Johanna has always liked plants, she took beautiful photos of them and posted them on Instagram. Many people asked her if she would also sell these plants, which prompted her to not only take photos, but also to design and commission decorative pots and then sell them with plants. So 3 years ago Johanna slowly started to build up her own business selling decorative plants and pots. Johanna still worked as an employee on the side. However, her own business grew steadily and she began to hire her first employees. Since the end of 2024, she has now dedicated herself entirely to her own business and has quit her previous job.

Project description

Johanna's husband works in a bank and helps out in finance and sales at weekends. As the business grew, Johanna realized that she needed help with business management and turned to BPN. With the business plan drawn up, she now sees her vision much more clearly and has answers to questions she had previously asked herself but never bothered to gather the information.

The financial overview and budget help her to see where the company really stands and to make the right decisions. In the future, Johanna and her husband want to open a store in a central location and not only sell the products, but also offer office design with plants and plant care as a service or rent out plants for events. At the moment, their converted garage serves as a sales outlet.
