Guided minibus tours

Amara D.

Amara is married to Yasser and has 3 children. She has a degree in business administration. Amara's father ran a transportation company. During the unrest in 2018, he had no work for a whole year as far fewer students went to university. Amara's husband had good connections with a travel company that had good connections to Holland, so they started offering transportation for tourists. Eventually, Amara and her husband expanded the service and also organized guided tours with minibuses for other tourists from home and abroad. Over time, Amara took over more and more vehicles from her father and gradually built up her own company. Her husband also works in the company.

Project description

During the Covid pandemic, Amara was once again forced to adapt its offering. She started offering transportation and events for companies. Despite the steady growth, Amara realized that she needed to make some changes to further develop her business and that she needed help. That's why she turned to BPN.

Amara has already learned to manage her finances and make better decisions based on this. She has also realized that she needs to position herself better on the market and would also like to rethink the prices for her offers. Her aim is also to have a location with an office and space for storing vehicles in the future so that she can offer everything professionally and attractively to customers. She can even imagine equipping this location with a small workshop so that she can carry out the most common repairs and maintenance on the vehicles herself.
