Dental practice

Diana F.

After graduating from dental school in 2017, Diana worked as an assistant in a dental clinic, gaining valuable experience in her field. But that was not enough for her. In 2020, she moved to the Ministry of Health to expand her skills. However, she was disappointed by the rather low salary, so she started working independently after hours. She rented a dentist's office and worked hard to earn her own money. She invested in her own dental chair and was finally able to open her own dental practice in 2022.

Project description

When her partner told her about BPN, she was immediately enthusiastic. She wanted to achieve more and realize her full potential. The business plan and finances were a big challenge for her, but she was motivated to learn and grow. Diana recognized her mistakes and improved her way of working. For example, she now pays herself an adjusted, lower salary. Diana is planning to open another branch of her practice in the future. She would like to expand her range of services so that she can offer everything in the field of dentistry. She also plans to form alliances with larger companies in order to offer her services to their employees.

Diana is working on the positioning of her practice and wants to reach a more affluent target group with improved treatments. Diana would also like to continue her training in marketing and advertising with BPN in order to actively shape her growth and not just passively wait for customers.
