After completing her degree in dental technology, Katherine gained professional experience in a modern laboratory. When she decided to change careers and started working in a call center, she was asked by several dentists whether she would like to continue working in the laboratory at the same time. Katherine then bought some instruments and materials and continued to work in the dental environment on the side - more as a hobby - offering laboratory services. Secretly, however, she had been dreaming of her own business for a long time.

Project description

In 2021, Katherine finally quit her job at the call center and has since concentrated fully on her own business. In this short time, she has already built up a good image and recorded good growth. She offers various services for dental technicians and dentists in her laboratory. The laboratory is currently located in her home. However, Katherine is planning to look for an external location for her business and would also like to purchase a 3D printer.

Katherine had previously had little contact with business management topics. Since becoming self-employed, she has felt this knowledge gap and has therefore turned to BPN. She has already attended several seminars and learned how to define a customer segment and manage her finances. She is looking forward to using the tools she received from BPN to organize and develop her business.
