Denis S.

Only 22 years old, Denis is already a keen businessman at his tender age, which is exactly what he has always dreamed of. Denis' father is also a self-employed entrepreneur and Denis gained early experience as a salesman on the market. During a project at university, Denis carried out a market analysis to find out what he could sell at an expo. Based on this, he came to the conclusion that it would be lucrative to sell "chicken wings" there. In the end, he exceeded his sales targets there. This motivated Denis so much that he decided to open his own chicken wing stall. His father gave him some start-up capital for this.

Project description

Denis has now been running his own company since 2020 and is enjoying great success. He was able to open a second branch after just a short time. Even during the pandemic, Denis achieved good sales thanks to his home delivery service. His products are delivered to customers' homes both via delivery platforms and on his own motorcycle.

Denis quickly realized how challenging it is to run a business, so he turned to BPN. As part of our program, he wants to sharpen his vision to see the way forward more clearly. The financial overview in particular has already helped Denis enormously to gain a better overview of his company. Denis wants to invest in his infrastructure, create a more appealing ambience and expand the product range with offers such as smoothies or hamburgers. He also plans to further expand the delivery business and attract corporate customers.
