Metal workshop

Tobias B.

Tobias has worked as an assistant in metal workshops since he was a teenager. He has always enjoyed this work and the fact that he could be creative with metal. After studying law, Tobias gained experience in sales at various companies and learned how to work with numbers. At one of these companies, someone asked him where he saw himself in 5 years' time. This was the trigger that awakened the desire in Tobias to become self-employed.

Project description

To get started, Tobias rented a workshop from other companies and ran his own business there alongside his permanent position. In 2019, he finally quit his job in sales and has since focused exclusively on his own metal workshop. The start was difficult and required a lot of hard work. However, Tobias managed to grow and used the profit he made to manufacture and exhibit metal furniture. This paid off in the form of attention, increasing awareness and more orders for him. When Tobias hired his first employees, he gained more time to visit customers and secure even more orders.

With the help of BPN's tools, Tobias has already sharpened the positioning of his company and now knows where he really stands financially. In future, he would like to focus more on creative mirrors, chandeliers, gates and furniture for a medium to high-end customer segment.
