Carlos has now mastered the craft in the workshop and has also started to improve the administrative work. His stepfather wants to retire from the business and wants to hand over the company to Carlos. As a result, Carlos realized that he needed help to develop the business and found his way to BPN.

During the first seminars, he realized that he lacked basic financial figures. He tackled the important but arduous challenge and began to gather the necessary figures. Before Carlos joined BPN, he thought that a business was all about sales. While creating the business plan, he realized that there were many other areas he needed to tackle. The product quality of Carlo's company is very good and the fitness equipment is even cheaper than foreign products on the market. This has now also aroused the interest of fitness studios in his equipment. Thanks in part to Carlos' intensive sales efforts, demand has already increased considerably and additional staff have been recruited. In future, Carlos would like to move the workshop from his home to an external location and also set up a showroom for the finished products there.
