Pest control

David H.

David, the father of a family, knew early on which profession his heart beat for. Even as a child, he loved helping his father with his work as an exterminator. In his youth, he felt pressured to study and therefore decided, against his heart, to study electrical engineering. When David was 18 years old, he joined his father's company anyway. His passion for working as an exterminator was greater!

Project description

He has now mastered the exterminator trade exceptionally well, but he never learned how to run a business. His father is slowly moving into retirement and will hand over the pest control business to him completely. In his new role as managing director, David realized that he needed help. It is very important to him to run the business more professionally and to develop the company successfully in the long term. David finds help for this concern in the BPN seminars and coaching sessions.

Creating a business plan and gaining control of the finances was very challenging for David - but it was worth it. In the future, David wants to open an office in Managua to be closer to his customers. He is also working on sharpening his customer target group and wants to focus mainly on industrial and business customers. Daniel has an excellent reputation as an exterminator because he is willing to do the difficult detail work that is sometimes needed to get rid of pests for good.
