In 2016, Alexander officially registered his own business and also rented an office for it. Unfortunately, he had to close it in 2018 due to the political unrest and has been working from home ever since.

While working with BPN, Alexander realized that although he was working incredibly hard on projects, he wasn't really making any progress financially. Working on the business plan showed him that there were some weaknesses in his business. At first, this frustrated him a little. However, he recognized the potential for improvement and wants to use this as an opportunity to professionalize the business. Alexander is motivated to make positive changes in his business. With the help of BPN, he has defined his customer segment more clearly and optimized his pricing and discount policy. He has also realized that he cannot take on the construction management of projects himself at the same time. He focuses on the architecture business. Alexander is 41 years old, married and has 4 children.
