Project description

She founded her own property management company. It is primarily responsible for the administration of "residenciales". These are neighborhoods with a guarded entrance, in which various owner-occupied houses are located, some of which have shared infrastructure such as swimming pools or meeting rooms. For the general zones of these "residenciales", Emma's property management coordinates maintenance work, infrastructure upkeep, gardening, etc., for example. The costs for this are generally shared between the owners of the houses within the "residenciales". Emma focuses on a medium to high-end customer segment.

Emma benefits from her professional experience in a large bank and already has a great deal of know-how in the business area, also thanks to continuous further training during her banking career. However, she realized that it was something else to apply these skills directly in practice at her own company. In order to receive even more practical support, she contacted BPN. She particularly appreciates the development of a business plan, which helps her to plan realistically and put her business idea down on paper in a structured way. Emma is also aiming for strong growth, for which she needs help in the area of marketing. She also wants to train her employees so that they can provide the same quality of service as she does. What customers appreciate most about Emma is her structured, binding and honest way of working.
