Joinery

Yecia M.

Yecia took over her father's carpentry business some time ago. She had already helped out in the business as a child and was therefore familiar with the properties of wood and the production process. Shortly after taking over, Yecia realized that, despite her training as an architect and her experience in accounting and business administration, she needed support in managing the business. She therefore turned to us.

Project description

In particular, the 35-year-old realized that the joinery was not operating efficiently and profitably. Our financial spreadsheet was the first step in organizing the business's finances and giving her control over them at the same time. In our seminars, she also learned how to work in a more structured way and how to make certain processes more efficient. She now also knows that she needs to focus her activities more, both in production and in sales, in order to better reach her target customers.

With these findings, she reorganized the workshop so that certain processes run more efficiently. As a first step, she wants to standardize the production of doors and actively sell them. In the future, the entrepreneur plans to manufacture Montessori furniture and better promote the production and sale of customized kitchens. Yecia also defined her customer segment. She is a committed entrepreneur who has set herself the goal of running a business that has a good reputation and provides important jobs. We are convinced of Yecia's potential.
