Project description

Leonor is 42 years old, married with 2 children and is originally a teacher and psychologist, but she has always enjoyed doing handicrafts. After working in various jobs, she learned the craft from someone who made costume jewelry by hand with addicts and made a few pieces as a hobby, which she was able to sell almost all of without any problems at an exhibition. Motivated by this, she started making the jewelry more seriously. She employed 2 people and had a sales outlet and things were going relatively well when she had to close the sales outlet due to Covid-19 and shut down production. She continued to sell in small volumes from home via Facebook and delivered the goods directly to her customers with a delivery service.
