Printing and graphic design

Wendy C.

Wendy took over the business from her mother when she wanted to retire from the company. Before her marriage, Wendy also worked in the family business and already saw the commercial potential of the printing and graphic design company.

Since the 39-year-old took over as managing director, she has already restructured some areas and freshened up the premises. While reviewing the company budget, she discovered the debt burden. She wondered how the competition could survive with such low prices. All these aspects prompted her to seek expert support. BPN's business management training was the right answer for her. She worked out a business concept and gained the insight to deepen her knowledge of the market and customers and to realign her business accordingly.

Project description

Both the print shop and graphic design company have existed for around 20 years and were set up by Wendy's mother. Wendy would like to concentrate on large format printing and design services in the future. As a result, she is ensuring that her staff receive the appropriate training. In particular, the entrepreneur wants to promote customer service because she sees this as a major competitive advantage. Wendy still has big plans!
