Sewing shop

Ramiro H.

Ramiro studied computer engineering. During this time, he discovered his flair for sales: he achieved good sales, particularly with T-shirts, which he sold in his brother's leading store in the capital. Today, Ramiro is the proud owner of a sewing business with 18 employees. The 35-year-old soon realized that he would need support in the long term to run the business prudently. He therefore decided to train with BPN.

Project description

Around ten years ago, he used the funds he had generated himself to buy sewing machines and began producing his own T-shirts. The business grew rapidly: the number of employees rose to 45 and he bought raw materials financed by credit. However, as Ramiro was not managing well at the time and had to pay high rental costs, he had to close his business again. He opened his current sewing shop in 2014.

Ramiro came to BPN because he wanted to professionalize his business. A well-founded business concept is very helpful for concretizing his vision and goals. He would soon like to own a large plot of land that offers him space for production and storage. He is also planning his own points of sale and wants to expand his network. Ramiro is confident that he will be able to realize his plans with BPN's support.
