Project description

When her son was born, she did not work for two years, but used this time to train in alternative and oriental medicine. In 2012, she opened her own practice in Granada and made use of her old contacts from before, visiting doctors to gain clients. She grew steadily and now has a good reputation and client base.

Clients appreciate that they are treated professionally, receive full time treatment and that Xochilt has a variety of necessary equipment in their practice to ensure a wide range of treatment options. Many of their competitors do not invest in their practices and do not continue to develop. Xochilt, on the other hand, has invested regularly in her practice and now has a lot of equipment and a training room. She also works closely with orthopaedic specialists and looks after customers who have prostheses.

In future, it wants to offer more of its services to tourists. It would like to further expand its range and have a center where various services are offered.

With BPN's business plan, she worked out what her company was still missing to achieve her goals and she also realized that she was somewhat disoriented. In addition, with BPN's simple financial tool, she was able to analyze for the first time how her business was actually positioned.
