As a qualified accountant, Badamgarav has a solid professional foundation and many years of professional experience. The business idea for her current company was born during a stay abroad with her husband in South Korea, but was further developed by her with entrepreneurial commitment. Today, she manages the company with great vision as Managing Director and bears overall operational responsibility.

It was one of the first companies in Mongolia to establish a modern service station along a busy highway around 100 km from Ulaanbaatar. The facility offers a wide range of services including a restaurant, café, supermarket, tire service, sanitary facilities and parking. By creating jobs outside the capital, the company is making an important contribution to the economic development of rural areas.

Project description

A particularly unique selling point is the 7,200 m² greenhouse in which fresh vegetables are grown for the restaurant's own use - a quality advantage that is directly reflected in the food. The service area is a popular stopover for travelers to the west of the country. To compensate for seasonal fluctuations, Badamgarav is expanding the business model with the production of frozen buuz (dumplings), which are to be sold through retailers in the future.

By participating in the BPN program, Badamgarav is focusing on targeted further development - both in her role as an entrepreneur and to sustainably strengthen and diversify her company.
