Buyanjargal, 42 years old and a qualified marketing manager, brings with her extensive professional experience from various companies as well as the catering industry - between 2013 and 2015, she successfully ran her own café. She continued her entrepreneurial journey in 2018 by founding a children's play center. After a short break due to the birth of her child, who is now 8 months old, she is now devoting all her energy to her business again.

Project description

The play center she runs specializes in organizing children's parties for all age groups. It offers individually designed decorations - from balloons and themed worlds to personalized play environments - as well as a tailor-made catering service. The focus is always on the child's experience to create unforgettable moments. With an area of 220 m² and 7 dedicated employees, the center also offers open play for a fee by the hour.

With the aim of creating a broader range of services for children, mothers and families in the future, Buyanjargal is pursuing the vision of a franchise model with a nationwide reach. To make her company fit for the future, she is working with BPN to develop an innovative business concept - supported by professional coaching and strategic advice.
