Project description

When extracting the wool from the goats, Uyanga places particular emphasis on the traditional Mongolian nomadic tradition, which makes the cashmere particularly rich and luxurious. In addition, the company is committed to the well-being of its predominantly female workforce, offers modern working conditions and provides long-term employees with housing.

Today, the cashmere products are mainly sold online, to order or at exhibitions, mostly in the B2B sector. The company also focuses on sustainable resources. Uyanga works with partners who share the same values. It plans to expand its range to include household items as well as toddler and baby clothing and create more jobs. With the BPN program, the company wants to develop personally and professionally and optimize its personnel management through regular coaching and seminars.
